Bowring Park
This park features a formal garden, a playground, bronze statues, some bridges and an amphitheatre used for special summer events. Various trees in the park have been planted by foreign visitors. Activities include tennis courts, picnic facilities and tobagganing.

The East Coast Trail is currently 220 km long and includes 18 different paths. Maps and signs are available to show the distance and difficulty of each path. Visitors will view cliffs, a suspended bridge at Lamanche village, sea stacks, a natural geyser called The Spout and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linked to several other communities along the Avalon Peninsula. Scheduled hikes and several undeveloped routes available.
